Boko Haram and “Fulani Herdsmen” are two arms of coercive force by Fulani Mafia- The Way I see it.
Boko Haram and “Fulani Herdsmen”
are configured by one and the same persons. The two groups are to achieve the
following:
Boko Haram is to create enough insecurity
in the system not only to topple Dr. Jonathan out of office but most
importantly to bring to an early end the South’s hold on Power which the
Fulanis believe is their Allah given right.
Boko Haram is also to rid the
North and in particular the North East of some population of Christians and
some Muslim sect that is in completion with the SunniMuslims namely the Shiet Muslims…
“Fulani Herdsmen” is to ensure grazing
land grabbing in the North central and in particular the infidel middle belt.
“Fulani Herdsmen” where condition
is appropriate, namely if a Fulani is in charge of the nations armed forces,
should advance grazing land grabbing to SW, SE and SS! This would not only make
the Fulanis the largest land owners across the federation but also enable them
to achieve Danfodio’s injunction of ‘dipping the Koran into the Atlantic’!
Since the first time they managed to dip the Koran into the Koran was by the
sole effort of a Christian- Gen Gowon.
Boko Haram has achieved its set
objectives, I do not believe that the President needed any effort to stop the
activities of Boko Haram, recall he was “chosen” to be the spokesman of Boko
Haram during Jonathan time! I believe that whatever the ‘military action’ to
end the activities of Boko Haram was stage managed; because there were really
few reasons why the actives of Boko Haram should continue: The South is severed
from running the government and a large number of Christians and rival Muslim
groups in the North East have been decimated!
The “Fulani Herdsmen” has largely
achieved the first goal in the North central in particular middle belt. Now
people like Audu Ogbeh speaks from both sides of his mouth on issue of “Fulani
Herdsmen” that is a sign that the middle belt has surrendered reasonably to the
Fulanis after a loss of nearly 20,000 lives in Benue Plaetue Nasalawa Kogi and
other states and property damage in excess of 500 billion!
The set objective number two of
“Fulani Herdsmen” is where A Fulani is in control of the nation’s armed forces
to push their land grab to the south with stream of blood and arson and that is
the stage we are right now. The tactics is the “Fulani Herdsmen” kill and burn
down properties while their man in charge of nations securities keep the securities outfit from any form of
interference what so ever. This was exactly what happened in the destruction of
an Enugu state VILLAGE! The governor of the state revealed that 10:00 pm
information came that the “Fulani Herdsmen” were poised to exterminate the
members of the village in question and that the Governor promptly summoned the
Commissioner of Police DSS and other securities agencies and a plan of action
reached but by 1:00pm the “Fulani Herdsmen” came for their blood spill the Commissioner
of Police did not even look in the direction of that village and 50 soles and
their properties were erased! It is
instructive that a police officer that allowed such a huge and dangerous breach
of national security to happen could only get a redeployment or “removal” is an
indication that someone else asked him not to take action! Your guess is as
good as mine who is capable of such an order with little or no consequences to
the corroborating officer.
I strongly believe that with the arranged
“defeat” of Boko Haram, the Fulani Mafia detailed a number of former Boko Haram
ex-militants to swell the number of the “Fulani Herdsmen” for the push south
being sure that their man is now in charge of the security agencies that would
put a check in their activities, though I might be wrong but when you factor in
what was reported by Enugu state governor you can fix your judgment on my
believes!
I also strongly believe that the
strategy of the Fulani Mafia for the most expensive land grab for themselves
and cattle is to use the fear of pool of blood to force southern states to beg
the Fulanis to have grazing lands of their choice on one hand and once more
dipping of their Koran into the Atlantic
I also strongly believe that even
when the Fulani Mafia has achieved all its aim it intends to keep the duo of
Boko Haram and “Fulani Herdsmen” perpetually as a formidable coercive force to
get whatever they like from Nigeria state and a permanent Jihadist force for
weeding of Christians and rival Muslims off North East on one hand and on the other
hand when the time is right to be the arrow head in pursuing islamization of
Nigeria state on gun point.
Conclusion and advise to South
East, South West and South South Governors; On no account should the plan of
Fulani Mafia allowed to come to reality. Each state legislator should as a
matter of urgency come up with appropriate legislation to regulate the grazing
of cattle of any kind in the whole of the state. And where such legislation is
violated who ever that did so should be felt with according to the law in
addition to using armed vigilantes to deal with possible treat from the so
called herdsmen. Come to think of it the Igbos for instance have local cattle
“Ehi Igbo” but no dealer of Igbo cattle would let it loose into peoples farm
land to ravage their crops let alone allowing a Fulani cattle to come and do such.
Where possible the Governors of all Southern states should meet and pursue a
common resolve against “Fulani Herdsmen” and their supporters.
Finally, I once more call on the
nation’s President to realize that this is a federation and that no ethnic
group can lord it on another and as a matter of urgency order the immediate
disarming of all herdsmen and also order arrest of all that have participated
in killings of innocent citizens as well as kidnappers and arsonists. The
President is also expected to help the genuine Fulani cattle farmers to move
over to modern cattle rearing this primitive cattle rearing has now cost the
nation more that the value it realizes in rearing the cattle in the first
place. Come to think of it is the Southern part of Nigeria that singularly jacks
up the cost of cattle, because they are the one willing to pay so high for a
cattle much more than any Northerner is willing to pay! So what is the logic of
coming to spill the blood of the major buyers of the cattle, so when and if all
the buyers of the cattle die who would the crazy herdsmen sell their fat cows
to!? So to help the crazy herders the Government of the Southern states must
deal with the criminals among them with the most ruthless forces and means
available.
Back to how the President can assist
the genuine cattle farmers to modernize their operations. I mean doing away
with rearing method that has lasted over 300 years and long outdated. In each
state that has genuine cattle farmers the Federal ministry of agriculture, the
government of the state and the cattle farmers are to provide enough land to accommodate
all cattle farmers in segments of ranches. Each ranch is to be provided with
strategic functional deep bore hole to provide all the water need of the
ranches as well as enough to irrigate some portion of the ranch. Modern cattle
feeding rows properly housed and ventilated are to be proved by the Federal
ministry of agriculture. Each ranch segment is to be equipped
with a primary school and secondary school to cater for the educational needs
of the cattle attendants so that by the time they are ripe for a university
education some might have put in 15 to 18 years for their masters and then be
replaced with some other youths. Because the new improved variety of cattle
mature faster, provides more meat and milk, the Federal government is to
replace each cow with two improved variety of cattle after buying off what the
farmers already had. Federal ministry of agriculture is also provide the farmers with new feeding method
namely palm kernel waste mixed with enriching groundnut cake or any other appropriate food the
ministry would come up with. Though from time to time the cattle would be released
to feed on the grazing ground within the ranch and the soil enriched with cow dung
and the circle is maintained. It is
expected that the ministry of agriculture should maintain this free for at
least five years as well as providing tax moratorium of 5 years for them to
truly stabilize. We believe that with this the farmers would produce more and
method more effective and less of destruction of other peoples means of
livelihood.
