No grammar will take away the fact that l am talking of equity and justice. The South of Nigeria particularly the Niger Delta has over loved the North, and they don't appreciate it. We must now love our selves, our children and their future and region 200%.

Some Niger Delta people may think it is politically correct to continue to give to a system and people that will never give to us, and even consider us fools for giving. I refuse to be politically correct, if it means sacrificing Niger Delta.

I am happy that l shared the facts of revenue sharing a week or so ago. I am regretful that l did not share it earlier than this.

I am ready to take on anyone, be they politicians or individuals on the facts. The freedom of information bill compels the FG to give Nigerians the monthly expenditure of oil and gas revenue.

How much does FederalGovernment owe the NDDC.? How much does the Federal Government owe the Ministry of Niger Delta? How much does the Federal Government owing the Amnesty program? How much does the Federal Government owe the oil and gas producing states?

I call on the oil and gas producing states, and the communities to educate themselves on the FACTS AND LIES ON THE CLAIMS THAT EXPLORATION OF OIL AND GAS IN THE NIGER DELTA WAS CARRIED OUT BY USING NORTHERN RESOURCES.
This claim is divisive and a lie, and will continue to fuel the anger that will continue to hold up our needs to agitate for 101% ownership and control of our God given resources.

As long as people from the North continue to feed these lies to themselves and the rest of Nigeria we in the Niger Delta will not step down from our agitation for ownership and control of our resources.

These claims are lies, they insult and assault us as a people and region, that has made sacrifices the beneficiaries of our natural resources will never make. If some foolish and ignorant Niger Delta people are willing to sell their birth rights the majority of us are not. If the greedy amongst us are willing to be beggars for what is our own, the majority that have been denied and impoverished for over 50 years, are no longer willing to accept these assaults. 
 FACTS OF FACTS ABOUT THE FUNDING OF OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION IN THE NIGER DELTA.

The first and unsuccessful exploration for oil was in 1908 by Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum around Okitipupa. (Before Amalgamation ).

In 1938 Shell D'Arcy was granted exploration licence to explore for oil.

In 1955, Mobil Oil Corporation started oil exploration in the Niger Delta.

In 1956 Shell BP (formerly Shell D'Arcy) at that time the only concessionaire finally STRUCK oil at Oloibiri in COMMERCIAL quantity, after over 50 yrs of exploration.

There are figures sourced from *Carland 1985, (colonial office and Nigeria (1898-1914) and annual report of the colonies.
*Northern Nigeria 1904 and annual report of the colonies 
Northern Nigeria 1906 -1907 to support my claims and l will only respond to people who have cross checked or have superior facts to counter mine.

I don't deal with propaganda or lies. These are my facts bring yours. Nigeria of Southern and Northern protectorate were amalgamated for the simple economic reason that the colonial British government was running the North on deficit as the expenditure in the North was more than its revenue. While the revenue in the South was more than its expenditure. 
(And these facts are not about people who are bankers or good with figures it is about facts.)

Therefore unless the North of Nigeria were oil prospecting partners with the Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum in 1908, 
Shell D'Arcy in 1938
Mobil Oil Corporation in 1955 and Shell BP in 1956 it never used it's groundnut money in our Niger Delta

If the people of the North or the government of Northern Nigeria were not partners or shareholders in these private investment companies how on earth did money from groundnut and hides and skins used to explore for oil and gas.?

The attempts to change the economic history of Nigeria to justify the injustice of looting the resources from NigerDelta to share amongst a few is not acceptable. The greed of a few to use the Nigeria state to continue to benefit maxzimally from the Niger Delta wealth while denying the rightful owners even the 50% they enjoyed in the days of groundnut and cocoa is no longer acceptable to the people of the Niger Delta.

No amount of twisting, turning, threats, blackmail, and lies will stop our calls for equity and justice.

It was in 1973, 3 years after the civil war, the genocidal war against the Igbos, that the First Participation Agreement (FPA) saw the Federal Government's acquisition of 35% shares in the oil companies. In 1974 the Second Participation Agreement (SPA) the FG equity was increased to 55%.

MY QUESTION. ON BEHALF OF MY PEOPLE AND REGION TO THE PEOPLE OF THE NORTH TO TELL US THE OWNERS AND IMPOVERISHED PEOPLE OF NIGER DELTA HOW THEIR GROUNDNUT PROCEEDS WAS USED TO FUND OIL PROSPECTING AND OPERATIONS IN MY NIGER DELTA.

We maintain that it is possible for Nigeria to remain a Country, but we must first sit down and agree on a fresh agreement that we will all submit our demands and conditions to if we agree then we agree, if we disagree then we disagree.

But we are no longer prepared to give away the future of our grand children and their children. Surely this is the least that even the North will ask for or demand, if the oil and gas was on and in their land.

THE NORTH DID NOT AND HAVE NEVER USED THEIR GROUNDNUT OIL MONEY IN THE NIGER DELTA TO PROSPECT FOR OIL AND GAS OR ANY OTHER NATURAL RESOURCE PROSPECTING.

Once I was discussing the ruinous Nigeria cabals who are in charge of the nation’s economy and the friend said they are smart milking the geo-polities for their bank accounts and I disagreed that they are not smart but right now I over rule myself and agree that they are smart but not smart as we know it   is deviously smart!

The truth is that since the last 20 years the Nigeria cabals apart from criminal loot of the treasury has been on the gradual transfer mind my word transfer not sell common assets to themselves, their cronies and foreign corroborators! You all recall how the General ‘sold’ many nation’s assets and who the general ‘sold ’ the 1004 flats to and how the person sold it at a tidy sum of N4billion to some property giant!

The general in playing his cun-man people-friendly auctioneer role presumably for the cabals which he himself mentioned, said that poor Nigerians would be allowed to join in buying multi-billion Dollars, NNPC, major airports, NLG etc, the general seem to have forgotten the CBN revelation that of all the amounts in Nigeria Banks only 2% of Nigerians own over 90% of the money and the rest of 98% of the population which I believe that the General is playing Angel for own less than 10% of the monies in Nigeria banks we have not taken account of the stupendous amounts same 2% stole from everyone and starched away in several European nations! So now tell me what chance has the poor 98% of the population have in a recessionary economy they are battling to feed themselves and crushing inflation to spare anything to use to buy assets that may be as much as $20billion!? Even if all the monies the 98% of the population had in banks were to be invested to buy the huge assets it would not amount to a hill of beans!

The most painful thing to me personally is that vast number of Nigerians are so stupid and palpably ignorant of the devices and operations of the cabals! The only prayer I have said repeatedly is that may it please the Lord at his own time to configure just one man or woman of courage and instrument of state powers to engage the cabals with vigorous treatment and not only recover stolen national assets but to confiscate all companies created by the cabals because every penny of that investment was milked off Nigerians and various geo-polities!

Folly of Purchase of dollars for storage!

A recent studies revealed that over 50% of daily Dollar purchases in the last nine months were for “preservation” of their individual wealth and not for bringing in any goods or services and since the government announced recession; close to 70% of daily purchase is for “preservation of individual wealth” However, this crazy and fruitless attempt to secure private fortunes has  been one of the major factors driving prices of local and foreign goods to the galaxies and it is believed that it is still the down of disaster on the way! Beware of folly of speculative capitalism!

I will quote verbatim from, “The Rise and fall of The Third Reich” by William Shirer, page 61: to indicate where we might be heading: ‘The fall of the Mark following French occupation of the Ruhr. The Mark as we have seen began to slide in 1921, when it dropped to 75  to USD1, the next year , it fell to 400 to one Dollar and by down of January 1927 to 7000!’ If you read the page further down you would find out that by mid-January same year, it was 18,000! By July it slid to 160,000 to one Dollar. By August 1 it slid to all time low of 1,000,000 Mark to a Dollar! By November 1923 it slid to mind boggling low of 4 billion Mark to one Dollar! That was just actually the beginning, because a year or so after it was going for over a trillion Mark to one Dollar!

So as you are buying all available Dollars and storing away and pushing prices of local produces and imported goods over the galaxies, beware that when some of your relatives dies of hunger you would at least shed off some of the Dollars you have saved to do at least a quick burial and if the relative is close enough, you may have to shed further Dollars to pick up school fees and upkeep of survivors!

As you are already aware, the only thing that employers do with glee in a recessionary economy is to sack workers and cut down expenses and never I mean never salaries increases! So, if you continue to buy and push up the value of the Dollar, have you considered that there would reach a time, when your entire monthly salary may not buy a Dollar!? The fact that is you have not already bought enough Dollar up till now, forget it you are on wild goose chase and fruitless! You are only helping to destroy a plunging economy and destroy everyone as well!

My advice for the government is to make access to genuine request of  Dollar easy in both banks and Bureau De Changes and should map out strategy to mop up all road side Dollar sellers if they fail to streamline their operations to save the Naira from further steep decline and save millions of our citizens from hunger and starvation! Though as far as I can see the cabals care a hoot what the ordinary Nigerians are going through since major pre-occupation is loot of the treasury!

I may want to remind our Vice President, if it would be called that, since to the best of my knowledge the Vice President has been living in Nigeria not to forget that for six years President Jonathan not only kept the economy out of recession but on average kept economic growth at constantly over six percent despite stiff confrontation with Boko Haram; yet less than two years of confrontation with ND militant; the VP takes perhaps the APC blame game to the next level! On the other hand if the VP is right that Niger Delta militants were responsible for recession, it would indeed surprise close watchers of the presidency, if the VP exonerates the Presidency from all blames when you consider the following moves by the President and the Presidency:

Ø  It is a fact that the President suspended most capital projects in the South South and South East and almost none in the North despite these facts a) all the projects both in North and South East and South South were initiated by same President Jonathan. b) There were even more projects in the North than South East South South South West combined! Just to mention but a few: East-West road, Second Niger Bridge and Maritime University.

Ø  Suspension of several allowances carefully worked out by Yaradua administration for the amnesty program in addition to freezing of accounts of some of the heads of respective militant organizations.

Ø  Alienation of other ethnic groups and geo-polities in all appointments into federal parastatals, inordinately favoring the North and in particular his North East. It’s worthy of note that both South South and South East has less than 5% of all appointments in all appointments into Federal parastatals. Someone, once perhaps, rightly described the President’s government; as government of the North by the North East for the North East!

Ø  As is if these statutory anomalies  were not enough, the President has never taking any reasonable action against his roving, ravaging rampaging kinsmen- the Fulani Herdsmen who had killed over five thousand Nigerians and damaged farm produce and properties in excess of half a trillion since the President took power!

If the VP is not expecting any response for these kind of administrative jamboree, then it means there is no point for any further comments on VPs comments and actions.

They say that a dog that is about to die no longer perceive the smell of sheet! It is probably youths who were born after 1984 that do not know what Gen. Buhari was capable of doing with unlimited powers. For some of us that witnessed it firsthand; knew what the General is capable of doing with unlimited powers and for any one now to even think of further extension of powers of the President the person must have his head reexamined by good brain doctor. First the President is approaching 80 years it beats me why someone should be thinking of handing unlimited powers to a person at that age. Secondly apparent reasons, why the President is asking or is being proposed to have emergency powers is to deal with the economy. The question is this, if the President and his economic team do not know what to do with the economy then what new idea would he spring up when they give him emergency powers? I do not believe that the President is incapable of getting good brains within a hundred and sixty million population to thinker out a solid, workable economic blue print to see us out of recession but if that is the case then I think the President may consider throwing in the towel for someone else to try instead of seeking emergency powers. Based on his conduct as a military head of state; I personally think he is most likely to abuse the emergency powers even if it is necessary. I personally think that the price we all have to pay for a possible dictatorial rule far outweigh whatever marginal gain we might have by the exercise of emergency powers and as such I urge the national assembly even though I think is in a very weak position to reject absolutely the possible president’s request for emergency powers. It is even amusing that one of the organizations that “backs” the President is NLC which can best be described as a moribund union with multiple leadership out doing each other possibly to enrich themselves against the overall interest of the workers. In other words anything coming from the NLC as it is presently constituted should be disregarded because the leaderships are suspect whose music they are dancing! Finally I do not hope my  little write up is going to stop the powers that be to stop what they are planning but I am convinced when the lion is let loose both those that sing its praise and those that want it caged would be prey to the roaring lion! Be warned.

I Actions of President Buhari since he took office May 2015

a)      Even though Ex-President Jonathan (Extract from South) executed and was executing more projects in the North than the South and much less in South South and South East, on assumption of office, President Buhari(Northern Extraction) had suspended or stopped more than 80% of all Projects being executed by Ex-President Jonathan in the south and on the other hand even though more projects were being executed in the North he has not suspended any being executed in the North. Namely he had suspended or stopped the following: i) Second Niger Bridge even though it was not to cost the government one extra dime apart from what had already been paid by Ex-President Jonathan, since it would have been a BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) project by Julius Berger. With this action which could have only been triggered by some intrinsic malice, what had been paid out by Ex-President Jonathan and amount committed by Julius Berger are wasted. b) East-West Road a strategic road in Niger Delta c) Maritime University, even though a special police college and extra 11 universities were built or being executed in the North by Ex-President Jonathan, President Buhari did not suspend nor stop any of them but the only one being executed in the Niger Delta was promptly suspended by President Buhari and same with number of other projects  being executed by Ex-President Jonathan in SE, SW and SS. d) The amnesty program delicately put in place by Ex-President Yaradua and maintained by President-Jonathan was grossly starved of fund that perhaps less than 40% of what was required to run the program is being released. E) The Niger Delta Ministry apart from over 500billion it was owed was further starved of funds that less than 40% of money it required is being released to it yet President Buhari substantially increased allocation to his North East.

b)      With assumption of office by President Buhari, his kinsmen notoriously known as Fulani Herdsmen extended the grazing-land grabbing they had been doing in other Northern states for the last 15year that had the herdsmen kill over 5000 people and property damage approaching $500 million to South West, South South and South East! Several people had been kidnapped in the South West, South South and South East and scores of people killed and properties worth millions of Naira destroyed by Fulani Herdsmen in several South Western states; in South South the story is the same. In south East it is fresh in our mind how the Fulani Herdsmen ransacked a village in Enugu state with over 50 lives wasted and property damage running into several millions of Naira despite the fact that the Police commissioner in that state was appropriately and timely briefed by the Governor of the state  before the attack, he completely turned his eye to elsewhere while the arson was going on, it was clear that somebody else more powerful than the Governor of the state ordered him to stay action on the arsonist, your guess is as good as mine. On all this major insecurity and potentially explosive national security breached the President never condemned his kinsmen and its instructive he was the patron of the cattle herdsmen before he became Nigeria President; rather what the President allegedly did was to push for a national grazing bill that would perhaps force largely unwilling states to map out grazing lands for the Fulani Herdsmen note it is for the private business of the Fulani cattle herders! It is probably in Nigeria and other crude and backward African countries that cattle is still being grazed in the bush and peoples farm land and instead of the President to do a holistic reform of cattle rearing to improve productivity, he is sticking to a wasteful grazing method that has seen thousands of farmers first ravaged by Fulani cattle and then killed by the Fulani herders!

c)       Since assumption of office, despite the Federal Character status in appointments, the President had from time to time skewed his appointment to the North and in particular to his North East to the extent nearly 80% of his appointments are from the North and even till now he has not deemed it necessary, for the sake of national security to reverse his approach to appointment even though he has seen the tension building up.

d)      With glowing tension and many people being provoked beyond limits particularly in the South, many people even from his North have called for urgent restructuring and true federalism but he and the vice-president had openly rejected restructuring! Furthermore the Conference that President Jonathan midwifed which would have reasonably doused the rising tension in the nation, the President was allegedly quoted that he had not read it or something like that. What this meant is that the President is not willing to make use of that document for any reason and yet tension kept rising amongst ethnic nationalities; the other day a Muslim slit the throat of a woman preacher right in Abuja the nation’s capital and host of other issues.

II Action of the Nigeria Cabals

The Nigeria cabals comprising of serving and retired Generals, Top Nigeria politicians, top civil servants and some top captains of industry from all geo-polities but in particular those from Hausa/Fulani extraction and some selected from South West who believed that they won the war against Igbos and therefore owners of Nigeria and resources in it would never want a federal Nigeria nor a restructured Nigeria but rather a unitary Nigeria that suits their purpose namely extracting from everyone and in particular Niger Delta and dispensing it to themselves as they deem fit. A truly federal Nigeria would see the cabals s it is constituted out of business of looting as is evident in the past 50 years that monies in the accounts of each of these cabals can feed a state for years even if it had no other source of income. So despite the expedience of restructuring and enshrining true federalism the cabals would rather opt for military re-conquest so that they may further strengthen their position to lord it over all and sundry. Otherwise a properly negotiated Nigeria had reasonably been reached at the last national conference that would have ensured reasonable equity for the federating units but even though you can’t lay hands on evidence but it couldn’t have been any other group that made sure that the conference decisions were not implemented. The question is who is afraid of a just Federal Nigeria; the answer is simple the cabals! So while it may seem as if it is the President’s urge for show of fire power that made him to do what he did apparently the cabals hand twisted him to ensure the cabals position. The question any right thinking person on earth should ask is what really is wrong with leadership after leadership to the extent that despite the huge resources Nigeria is endowed with Nigeria was and is navigating to a failed state. The cabals are the problems of the nation, period. Even if the entire Niger Delta is to be incinerated with Bombs as it is becoming obvious, it is not for the resources to be acquired militarily to be used by rest of Nigerians but for the cabals to continue their accustomed looting till the end of time! Having dwelt on this matter for a length of time I am convinced that even after the destruction of lives and properties in Niger Delta to secure resources to be looted by the cabalas, the Niger Delta people would recover and will once again ask question about their enslavement and who knows the children children of the cabals who would mix them in morass now would be in charge of all instruments of coercion and once more; freshdynamite and bombs and probably once more defeated and looting continues! The question is when the enslavement of Nigerians and in particular Niger delta stop would. The answer is simple it is either Nigeria Dies or the cabals die! Why we are talking about Niger Delta now is because that is where the resources the cabals are looting is domicile the cabals would no doubt decimate the people of any geo-polity who dares them as regard taking resources they would loot! After all the ordinary Hausa/Fulani man or Yoruba man is as marginalized as the rest of Igbos and Niger Delta.

III Poor Calculations by the various Militants

Finally the militants should have understand the mindset of the Nigeria cabals and know that the only thing they want is to get resources from whoever have it and gather in their caucus and share it and such should have concentrated in tactical deprivation of use of the resources against the cabals until such a time the cabals are tired and consent to a re-structured Nigeria where true federalism is practiced instead of declaring a republic which is open license for the Cabals to use their last drop of blood and all the military power to ensure availability of resources to be looted. Whichever way this confrontation would go I hope that future militants should learn and deal with the cabals to a standstill and perhaps help to save the country from the death grip of the Nigeria cabals.
